Removing dark circles are easy as long as you know the truths behind it. A lot of people have aggravated their under eye circles and eye puffiness because they are not only listening to everything- they are trying everything.

The term “There is no harm in trying” simply does not work for removing dark circles. The more you feel frustrated about it, the more it will annoy you.
Misconceptions about dark circles are also risky and dangerous as treatments about them are also based on misconceptions. The best way to learn about dark circles is through reputable reading materials or your actual doctors.
Here are some myths that you should not be listening to. Know if this is on your list and stop believing them.

1. Putting ice on the eye area where dark circles are present is the best way to treat them. Cool stuff can help relax the area, sure. But applying direct freezing ice can aggravate the situation. Dark circles are caused by poor circulation in the area and applying ice to it can add to poor circulation. Never, ever apply direct ice on the area. You do not even do this with a black eye!

2. Using whitening product will remove dark circles. Dark circles under the eyes are caused by the poor blood circulation and inflammation of the blood vessels. This means that dark circles are not just on the skin surface! It is beyond skin deep! Treating dark circles require you to go to the root of the problem.
